Guess who's back? Back again. Batman's back, tell a friend!

Telltale games have released the final two episodes of their Batman game and boy did they leave me on a cliffhanger last time. So without further ado, let's get straight into it!

So, at the beginning of Episode 4: Guardian of Gotham, you start off in the Arkham Asylum after you have been drugged by Lady Arkham. So naturally, you have to get out of there as fast as possible because you need to save Gotham from the Children of Arkham... and the Penguin... and Two-face... My god, Gotham's got a lot of shitty people among its population!

After you have somehow escaped the Asylum (in which you will meet a very familiar person. No really, I cheered like a little boy when I saw this person) you have to get info on Lady Arkham and what her plans are.

Then, you have to get back to Gotham and make a big decision, do you save your manor by stopping Two-face? Or do you choose to stop the Penguin so you can make use of your tech again? Tough choices but that's what this game is all about.

Episode 4 did not leave me with much of a cliffhanger that got me excited for the next episode, at least not as much as previous episodes did. However, it was good that this episode contained more action in the last part of the episode, and that you actually get to start on making things right by taking out Two-Face or the Penguin.

And now, for the grand finale; Episode 5: City of Light!

Episode 5 rounds it all up, everything has to get settled. So first, you finish your business with either Two-face or Penguin, depending on which one you chose to take care of in the previous episode. Once again with a delightful amount of action.

Unfortunately for me, this scene contained way too much lag. It was so bad that the game sometimes froze for a few seconds before resuming, this was a bit of a bummer for me, because it took the intense feeling out of the fight scene. Once you get back from finishing your business with him, you find out that your manor has been broken into and that Alfred is gone. Obviously, you go after him. It seems hard at first but luckily Alfred has left a few hints and traces of where they're taking him.

So it turns out the Children of Arkham have taken Alfred to Arkham Asylum, where they want to use him as bait to get Bruce Wayne. Bruce wayne is who they want, Batman is who they get, but they're not going to make things easy for him. They release the inmates to cause chaos and attack Batman. So once again, some lovely fighting occurs.

In an unhappy turn of events, the game once again had some issues that prevented it from working properly. In this case, some inmates were invisible entirely, and one inmate only had his eyes and mouth flying around, which caused my game to crash. I hope this just happened to me and no one else because the rest of the game was amazing!

So after you make your way through the inmates you will meet Lady Arkham and the final battle commences. In most definitely the best fight scene of the game, you really get to feel the heat of the fight and have to get Batman through a tough opponent. When all is said and done, you rescue Alfred and get the hell out of there.

In the ending scene, you get to interact with Alfred a little. I personally loved this bit because you really get to feel that Alfred and Bruce are incredibly thankful for having each other as friends. And to end us off we have a nice little speech by lieutenant Gordon which you can attend, which sets up a nice little teaser for a sequel game.

Telltale finished up the game really nicely, with a lot of action, exactly how a Batman story should end. So, once again, Telltale, great job! Now give me the sequel please...
